PADD 3, the Gulf Coast, held **55.0 million barrels** at **48% above its 5-year median**, accounting for the bulk of the national surplus.

- **US days of supply: 104 days**, based on 81.2 million barrels of stock and a four-week average product supplied of 780 thousand barrels per day (Mb/d) per EIA's WPSR as of May 22.
- **Propane exports to Puerto Rico: 7 Mb/d** in the latest monthly trade figures, 600% above the 5-yr median for that destination. Monthly export data carries a one-month reporting lag.
