PADD 3, the Gulf Coast, holds 56.4 million barrels at 36% above its 5-year median, the widest regional surplus in the country. Days of supply sit at **96**, per the EIA WPSR, based on a trailing four-week average of 878 thousand barrels per day (Mb/d) of product supplied.
